2. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. All vinyl records are original pressings from Stockfisch Schallplatten Germany, most featuring premium Direct Metal Mastering (DMM) processes and Direct-to-Disc (D2D) recordings.
3. Preorders and Availability
When you place a preorder:
- We will contact you to confirm your preorder and provide payment details
- Preorder prices are subject to change until payment is received
- Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary
- Products are shipped from Germany and are subject to international shipping times
- We reserve the right to cancel preorders if products become unavailable

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT where applicable. We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer (EFT)
- Credit/debit cards
- Other methods as communicated during order confirmation
Payment must be received before orders are processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy includes:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unopened and in original condition
- Proof of purchase required
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days of receiving returned items

7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sfrecords.co.za with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Stockfisch Records South Africa or Stockfisch Schallplatten Germany and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Vinyl Care and Handling
Vinyl records require proper care and handling to maintain their quality. We recommend reviewing our Vinyl Care Guide to ensure the longevity of your audiophile recordings. Damage caused by improper handling or storage is not covered under our return policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stockfisch Records South Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
